The PulseFlow Preventa insoles are designed for the high-risk foot in danger of ulceration. These insoles are made with D3O material which is both highly shock attenuating and durable. It exhibits "Non-Newtonian Principles" which allow it to be soft and flexible in its natural state, but stiffens on impact to assist in force reduction. The contoured arch provides a closer contact with the foot, assisting with force reduction.
